Spending time with Jene and Bob, dear friends who live near Macau and Hong Kong (see Zhuhai post) was one of the main reasons for the trip. Here they are after dinner the first night.

We had breakfast with a friend, Natasha, whose husband teaches at the School of the Nations. Since the school was near our hotel, we took a walk there after breakfast so I could take a photo of the cool design of the building’s front entrance.
